Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return policy does not apply to specially customized orders.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship US based orders via insured and traceable USPS Priority Mail and we charge flat rate of $15 for all US orders. We ship international orders via USPS Express Mail International. International shipping rates can vary depending on the country, EMI rate for most Eurpean countries is $45, Canada is $35.

Orders are usually shipped 3-4 days after recieved payment. If we experience unusual delays due to out of stock parts, we will notify you via Email.

Warranty

Our products come with one year parts and labor warranty. Certain damages due to incorrect installation may not be covered, please pay attention to installation instructions.
